Sixth Summer School

Analysis and Applied Mathematics

 

Rome June 20-24, 2011






The scope of the School is to offer an overview, through presentations given by top researchers in the field, of problems and methods of Applied Mathematics, from analysis of experimental data to modelling issues, to mathematical analysis, to feedback for the original problems. The lectures are aimed at presenting a self-contained introduction to the subjects.


The school will take place at the Dipartimento di Matematica "Guido Castelnuovo"  La Sapienza, Università di Roma, Piazzale Aldo Moro, Roma

Directions
The school will take place at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". The University is 15 minutes walking from the main station Termini and 5 minutes walking to the
area called San Lorenzo where you can find Hotels, Restaurants and pubs.  This is a map of the places where you can have lunch  near the campus.

The lectures will take place in lecture room 3 in the Math Department ``G. Castelnuovo''.
