The fourth edition of the workshop takes place in Roma, from January the 9th to January the 11th of 2013. The first two editions (2010-2011) were celebrated in Bayonne, while the last edition (2012) took place in Bilbao, in the French and Spanish Basque Country, respectively.
Landing in Roma in 2013, the event looses its original "basqueness" and gains, at the same time, the property of being "itinerant". Courses and seminars will take place in the Department of Mathematics of the university Sapienza of Roma.
