Title: Stable rational splitting of the orthogonal tower
for embedding

Abstract: We show that the relative formality of the little 
disks operad implies, under some codimension hypotheses, 
the splitting of the stable rational orthogonal tower of 
Emb'(M,V) where M is a smooth manifold, V is a vector space 
and Emb' is the homotopy fibre of Emb->Imm. This implies 
that the rational homology of Emb'(M,V) is an invariant of 
the rational homotopy type of M, for dim V large enough
